I would not recommend Cincinnati Home Theatres. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I was charged around $2,000 to have subwoofers installed in my car, but the quality of the work did not reflect the price. The installation took much longer than I was originally told. I was repeatedly asked to come back the next day, which resulted in additional Uber expenses, only to arrive and find that the work had not even been started. After the installation, I discovered multiple issues. My car developed an electrical problem and would not start. I also found scratches on interior panels, the paint, and other parts of the vehicle that were not present beforehand. The subwoofers that were installed appeared to be very low-quality compared to what I expected for the amount I paid. The overall professionalism of the business was poor. The entrance area was often littered with trash and food wrappers, and interactions with staff were unpleasant. When I raised concerns about the condition of my vehicle and the quality of the work, the owner, Chris Terry, denied responsibility, claimed the damage was already there, and refused to offer even a partial refund. I also fe

I highly recommend you don’t take your car here for any kind of car audio just like the Google reviews say,I had an absolute nightmare. So I made an appointment at 8:30 for my 2022 forester sport and was told I would be out the door by 11:30 So I showed up to check out what they had and found something that I thought would be decent And agreed to let Matt (the installer) put the stuff in my car, And he let me watch him do the entire process pretty much which was cool and all seem to be going well until he realized my car wouldn’t start after hooking everything up and then he claimed it was my battery and tried to jump it and even tried putting another battery in my car with no success He nicked a wire on my harness trying to feed a power wire through my firewall and had to cut open one of the wires on my wire harness because he thought that was the problem and that wasn’t even the issue clearly so after hours an hours they sent me home in a Range Rover at 3am that damn near had a flat tire and a dead battery SO I had to have my neighbor jump me the following day just to come back the next day to find out β€œit was a fuse” but now have a check engine light on my car and Chris and Matt

He must know or is paying people to give him a good review, im going to give you guys the short version. He installed a nice Alpine system in my 2016 Mustang GT 5.0 Premium. Broke my door panel on the driver's side, put super glue on the tweeters and destroyed them, no speaker brakets on the doors so the were loose and to top it off forged my initials and signature on a contract He turned in after I had contacted him (Chris) for payment on the job like I was satisfied...we are In court now for it and I have proof/documentation on all of it. I was even awarded my money back k for the difference that I paid for a job not well done. He is a scammer and Mariner Finance i believe is in on it.

I had auto locks installed back in 2019. I recently called the Eastgate location and talked to Chris. I couldn't drive my car because the hazards were flashing there was an issue with the security system apparently. He texted me and told me that he would come to my apartment to check it out. I even offered to pay him for this. Then he went ghost on me. I kept texting he never answered I called no answer. I'm elderly and disabled and I've never been treated this way. Please be careful of this place because anyone that would do that to an old person would definitely screw over a young person. Good luck

UPDATED from 1 star to 3: CHT has fixed and resolved the issued. After 4 weeks they were able to fix everything as requested. Cody from CHT was patient, understanding and fixed the issues. Cody should be the one coming out for quotes and following through with installs to insure miscommunications don't continue to happen. PREVIOUS: We paid a lot of money for new surround sound speakers, a receiver, and wiring a new tv where the cords were hidden to an existing electronics shelf. I had used this company before to hang my tv above my fireplace and hide the wires. I thought they’d appreciate a return customer and make things right. The problems started from day one. Upon rushing to my house for meeting them at the scheduled time for consult, they didn't call or show. When I called the store, they were too busy to call and tell me they we not coming. When they finally did come on another scheduled day, he was over an hour late, again I had to call and confirm he was coming. Despite this, I had faith in a small-town company. I like to use and support local businesses. I wanted surround sound system and tv wire hidden. Chris Terry suggested a surround system and receiver, barley took a
